Ponderosa pine tree conservation program in place, protecting more than 2,000 tress and planting 5,000 more.

The Homestead Community Club house sits approximately where the old homestead barn used to be. It features a six lane pool and a kids interactive water park. There are also tennis courts and a playground.

Homestead Park is 14 acres featuring Overlook Pavilion which offers fabulous view of the Front Range. At the opposite end of the park is Samuels Point, which also has great views, picnic tables and a barbeque.

Antelope Trail can be accessed from here where there are miles of walking and jogging trails that wind through the community.

There are over 200 acres of planned open space.
